Our Chief Executive Officer, Fraser brings a strong strategic vision to the company and is committed to honouring the company's nearly three-decade legacy, while steering it into a new era of growth. His vision includes fostering innovation, enhancing the company's digital presence, and making strategic investments in technology, training, and team expansion.
Director of Operations
Angela is our one-woman force of nature. Running all operations outside of the business, she oversees our installations schedule, suppliers, payroll and much, much more. When you call the office, chances are you will speak to Angela and come off the phone feeling very good about yourself and our company!
Factory Manager
James has spent his entire career manufacturing and fabricating in the fenestration industry. He has been with Williams Windows for 18 years, running everything in the factory. Customers are welcome and encouraged to visit the factory and watch our manufacturing team in action. We have recently hired James' son Lewis, who James is now training and passing on his extensive knowledge to.
Sales Manager
Allan has been with the business since he left school (his job application was recently rediscovered, a source of much mirth). Allan spent more than 15 years in the factory manufacturing and fabricating our products. So when we say he knows what he is talking about inside out, we mean it literally. Allan will meet you on site and provide you with the best solutions for your project. He will then come back to carry out the full survey to allow the manufacturing of your made-to-measure windows/doors.
Business Support Executive
Lorraine works tirelessly in our office, arranging bookings, taking orders, updating our digital platform and liaising with our customers. Lorraine has a long background in customer service, as well as childcare. This, along with her degree in psychology gives her the perfect experience for dealing with all of our staff!
Fabricator
Stephen joined us in 2024 from a competitor in Ayrshire, moving to Clydebank for love. A tale as old as time, and we are the lucky beneficiaries of his move. Always happy to help and with a smile on his face.
Welder
A Clydebank native, Larry has worked in factories all his adult life, and has an unrivalled ability to fix any machine! Usually found at the welder, he also keeps things neat and tidy and extends the life of our plant and machinery with his wizardry.
Fabricator
The term 'man and boy' applies literally here, with Malcolm having joined us straight from school over 25 years ago. Not a renowned extrovert, he has come out of his shell somewhat since those early days, and brings a huge amount of experience to the business. Another Clydebank native, he enjoys a dark rum of a weekend.
Head of Installations
Martin has been installing windows and doors his entire working life. With a wealth of knowledge, he heads up our installation team, ensuring that the customer is always happy with the final finish.
Installer
Kieran joined the business in 2019 and has worked in our installation team since then. Under Mat's watchful eye (they are the fenestration industry's Starsky & Hutch) he has become an excellent installer and always has a sunny disposition. Now our senior Garden Room Installer. Has never successfully closed a door behind himself!
Installer
Matt is our Senior Installer and has been with us since 2007. His passions are installing windows and fishing! If something can be said in a thousand words, he'll use 6.
