Fraser brings a strong strategic vision to the company and is committed to honouring our nearly three-decade legacy, while steering it into a new era of growth. Director of Operations
Angela is our one-woman force of nature. Running the operations outside of the business, she oversees our installations schedule, suppliers, payroll and much, much more. When you call the office, chances are you will speak to Angela and come off the phone feeling very good about yourself and our company!
Factory Manager
James has spent his entire career manufacturing and fabricating in the fenestration industry. He has been with Williams Windows for 18 years, running everything in the factory. Customers are welcome and encouraged to visit the factory and watch our manufacturing team in action.
James does not compromise on excellence in the product produced by the factory.
Fabricator
Stephen joined us in 2024 from a competitor in Ayrshire, moving to Clydebank for love. A tale as old as time, and we are the lucky beneficiaries of his move. Always happy to help and with a smile on his face.
Welder
A Clydebank native, Larry has worked in factories all his adult life, and has an unrivalled ability to fix any machine! Usually found at the welder, he also keeps things neat and tidy and extends the life of our plant and machinery with his wizardry.
Fabricator
The term 'man and boy' applies literally here, with Malcolm having joined us straight from school over 25 years ago. Not a renowned extrovert, he has come out of his shell somewhat since those early days, and brings a huge amount of experience to the business. Another Clydebank native, he enjoys a dark rum of a weekend.
Head of Installations
Martin has been installing windows and doors his entire working life. With a wealth of knowledge, he heads up our installation team, ensuring that the customer is always happy with the final finish.
Installer
Kieran joined the business in 2019 and has worked in our installation team since then. He has become an excellent installer and always has a sunny disposition. He recently completed his Modern Apprenticeship in Fenestration Installation & Surveying.
Installer
Matt has been Installing for us since 2007 and brings a huge amount of experience to every job. His passions are installing windows and fishing! If something can be said in a thousand words, he'll use 6!
